The 2004 RA Fall Mini-Camp at Lake Lavon Baptist Encampment is scheduled for
October 22nd-23rd.
COST:
In order to keep cost minimal, the cost of the camp will be based upon what you want to do as a church group.
$10 - Overnight camping, breakfast, events
$ 5 - Lunch
$ 8 - Sleep in the dormitory
EVENTS:
Each church will be responsible for themselves Friday night as far as supper and/or activities.
We will have a campfire devotion as a large group Friday night.
Saturday's activities will include:
7:45 Flag Raising
8:00 Breakfast
8:30 Events (Archery, Canoeing, Fishing, Riflery)
12:30 Lunch
Each church will stay together as a group and rotate thru the different events.
Each church group will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership for their boys at the events.
There will be no planned activities after lunch, but you are free to use the facilities for doing an activity with your group.

Please call or email me your church name, your point of contact, how many (boys & men) will be attending, and whether you will stay in the dorm and whether you will stay for lunch.
